A rampage of happiness
Happiness cannot harm me.
The Universe will not punish me for choosing happiness.
If I choose to be happy right now, I won’t have to pay for it in the form of unhappiness later.
I can be happy now and later.
I will be happy today and when tomorrow comes, I will also be happy then.
My happiness will not destroy me.
Being happy will not transform me into a sociopath nor will it make me complacent and devoid of positive motivation.
I reject the logic which claims that unhappiness is essential to my sanity or survival.
Happiness will serve me just fine
Anything that unhappiness does for me, happiness can do better.
I don’t need to motivate myself through misery.
I don’t need to use unhappiness as a way of keeping myself in check.
I care about what I care about and that is all the motivation I need to pursue my interest.
Love for what is desired, not discontentment with what is currently experienced, is the fuel for my creative process.
Happiness is not bad
It is never wrong for me to be happy.
It is never inappropriate or immature for me to be happy.
It is never disrespectful or rude for me to be happy.
It is never untimely or out of place for me to be happy.
Nothing that I love is jeopardized by my happiness.
I don’t need to throw my happiness in anyone’s face in order to experience the internal bliss which it provides, but neither do I need to make myself unhappy in order to demonstrate sensitivity and compassion.
My happiness, and the particular way in which it makes me fully present, is precisely what makes it possible for me to demonstrate sensitivity and compassion towards others.
My state of happiness makes me a person of great value to this world.
By being happy, I remain connected to the clear-headed and creative thinking of those who possess an unclouded mind and an undisturbed heart.
Being happy is always a win-win proposition.
Unhappiness doesn’t prove anything
I am capable of being true to the people and the passions in my life without sacrificing or suppressing my happiness to do so.
I value what I value and I never need to make myself feel unhappy in order to prove that fact to myself or someone else.
If something unwanted happens, I don’t need to make myself unhappy in order to prove that I care.
I can love what I love without making myself feel miserable about the absence of it.
Because I have direct access to my own heart, I can know with absolute certainty that I care about what I care about.
Making myself unhappy will not cause me to care about what I care about anymore than I already do.
Allowing myself to be happy will not cause to me to care about what I care about any less than I already do.
I am happy with happiness
There is no aspect of being happy that I need to feel unhappy about.
I choose to be happy because being happy feels wonderful and I have no good reasons for denying myself the opportunity to feel wonderful.
It feels wonderful to know this.
I am happy with myself for taking the time to center my awareness in this knowing.
In this knowing, I am complete.

I can afford to do what I love
Following my bliss does not mean rendering myself unable to pay my bills.
I am capable of finding a healthy and harmonious balance between meeting my physical needs for shelter and survival and satisfying my spiritual longing for purpose and fulfillment.
My physical and spiritual demands are not mutually exclusive and I renounce any philosophy, practice, or precept which requires me to disregard any aspect of my beautiful multifaceted self.
The power and intelligence which has brought me forth has also placed within me all the tools sufficient to design a lifestyle of spiritual and material prosperity. I do not have the power to do everything, but I do have the ability to do everything I have been created to do.
I am not here on my own account, but as an instrument of expression for The Infinite. I, therefore, have the right and responsibility to request and receive that portion of the Universe’s resources which subsidizes my partnership with God.
I turn my faith towards the presence of an invisible and inexhaustible supply. I do not plea for my good as though I were a beggar, but I approach the throne of Divine grace as an offspring worthy of his inheritance.
Knowing that I am working with the most natural of laws, I send out my thoughts of abundance confident that they will return to me in friendly forms.
The same energy which compels me to pursue my passion now prospers me that I may propel my creative visions forward.

Along the unfamiliar path
I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. The Book of Isaiah 42:16There is One Mind guiding and governing all things; A Principle of Intelligence at work in our affairs which always ensures the greatest of possible outcomes.
It arranges the elements in our lives with perfect wisdom and limitless grace.
As we harmonize our thoughts with that which is highest in ourselves, we experience a peace which “surpasses all understanding” and a hope that transcends all appearances to the contrary.
This day, I look ahead with courage knowing that each step I take is pre-paved by Divine Omniscience.
I release all fear of the unknown.
The blindness of my analytical mind is no longer a hinderance, for I carry within myself that which is the very Light of all Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding.
The way before me is now clear.
The rough places are now made smooth.
The Presence of God now becomes my path.
The Peace of God now floods my soul.
All is well.

Today I choose to embrace my dreams as the highest evidence of God’s will for my life.
I do not regard my dreams as mere fantasies arising from my own personal consciousness, but I consider them to be the outworking of God’s heart beating through mine; the instantiation of Divinity expressing itself as me.
I know that I was born to dream and I refuse to dismiss this capacity as something that is irrelevant or antithetical to spiritual life.
My dreams, when deeply felt, are the prayers which connect me to the Essence of All That Is.
When confidently affirmed, they are the incantations which summon angelic presences and powers into my affairs.
When believed, they are the prophecies which give hope to the present, meaning to the past, and birth to future.
My dreams are sacraments mediating the Reality of the Sacred to my imagination.
I bless this sacrament.
I receive this sacrament.
I recognize and honor it as my communion with God.
Human Imagination is a stargate
Human imagination is a stargate.
It is a gateway to higher dimensions and a portal to divine realms of possibility.
It is not an escape from the world in which we live, but it is a transportation device which positions us in the center of that power and place from which all worlds emerge.
We activate this stargate by first taking it seriously as a real and practical technology existing within our own being.
We travel through it by consciously choosing to enter our hearts deeply enough to touch and taste the very essence of our dreams. In this state we do not merely visualize, but we step into the picture of our visions and we remain there until we have become citizens of the dreamworld.
Although it is our nature to dream, we were not born to simply fantasize. We were born to realize and materialize.
There are entire universes awaiting our discovery. Within the heart of the discoverer is the device by which these discoveries are made.
Open the door of your heart today and take a trip through the stargate of human imagination.

My life is a prayer. My existence is an act of meditation.

I am capable of finding my alignment under any conditions. I possess the flexibility necessary to connect to my Highest Self even when I am busy and on the go. Whether I am alone or in a crowd, I know how to maintain a positive vibration. By learning to see everyone and everything as an expression of Source-Energy, I can transform every experience into an opportunity for enlightenment, expansion, and evolution.
Prayer and meditation are not isolated activities separate from the whole of life. They are states of consciousness where my attention and intention is directed towards the higher energies of Spirit. Through patience, practice, and persistent self-love, I can cultivate this state of consciousness.
I do not always have to be doing what I love in order to feel my connection to God.
When I am doing what I do not love, I will find that which is loveable in what I am doing. When I am with who I do not love, I will find that which is loveable in who I am with. When I am in places I do not love, I will find that which is loveable in the places I am in.
Unconditional Love means there is no condition, however stressful or unpleasant, where I am incapable of focusing on and finding that which is an expression of the God who is Love.
Nothing can get in the way of my alignment because I have the divine ability to use every situation as a tool with which to facilitate and further my own evolution. No one can interfere with my ability to connect with Source, because I know how to see the Source in everyone.
From this state of knowing, I declare that my life is a prayer. I affirm my existence as an act of meditation.
I do not need to go to an exotic place or a quiet space in order to find resonance with the peace and power within. The place where I am is my place of connection.
Now is the moment. Now is the opportunity. Now is the freedom I have always sought.
It is so and so it is!

In this moment, let us center our awareness in a consciousness of the Divine Reality. Let us affirm that our being is rooted in God’s being and only that which is expressive of Infinite Good has place in our lives. As we invite the energy of compassion and creativity to be our constant companions, the floodgates of peace and prosperity are opened mightily in every direction.
From this place of centered awareness, affirm with me:
I live, move, and have my being in a Boundless Ocean of peace, possibility, and prosperity. The Living Waters of Infinite Good are flowing through me now and my soul is refreshed. I am riding the waves of Spirit as I joyfully surf along this powerful Stream of Well-Being!
Today I open my heart to the endless bounty and infinite beauty of this magnificent Universe. I join hands with the forces of good and through this connection I am empowered to create, encouraged to love, and excited to live.
I bless every APPEARANCE of lack and conflict in my life, for they are not here to harm me. They are wonderful teachers and delightful gifts. They are here to teach me how to look beyond the APPEARANCE of things into the spiritual REALITY of Unconditional Love that lies behind all. As my vision of this REALITY intensifies, I draw more of its energy into my experience.
All is love. My heart is open. There are no threats. All is well. Behind the appearances of chaos, confusion, and conflict is the unchanging and invincible reality of Infinite Peace.
I choose to live in this realm of unquantifiable abundance & unlimited wellness! I look beyond all forms and manifestations towards the limitless potential of Unmanifest Being.
My attachment to outcomes is now released as I place my faith in that which is beyond my ideas and expectations.
It is so and so it is!

There are no sacrifices!
Embrace your power! Release your fear!
In this Universe of redemption and renewal, nothing is lost. The only thing we really “give up” is the false appearance of powerlessness and the anxiety it generates.
When you commit your mind to an empowering philosophy, you draw only Good into your experience. When you cater your conversation to well-being, the cosmos will serve only its most edifying elements to you. When you set your gaze in the direction of lovely things, lovely things will fly your way and make their nest with you. When you look for evidence that all is well, you develop the eyes to see that things could never be to the contrary.
Even that which appears to be harmful will, in the end, prove itself to have served a beneficial purpose.
So move boldly in the direction of your True Self. For there is nothing to be lost and everything to be gained.

I am independent
The quality of my life is independent
I don’t need to have what others refer to as a ”good day” in order to create a great life.
My seemingly bad days are simply opportunities for me to demonstrate the superiority of character over circumstance.
By choosing to be larger than my conditions, I teach others how to transcend their own stumbling blocks to happiness and inner peace.
My sense of enthusiasm is independent
I don’t need my life to be easy in order for it to be exciting.My challenges are there to provoke my hidden creative powers and reveal my underestimated levels of intelligence.
By letting go of my resistance to life’s difficulties and inconveniences, I transform my trials into teachers who show me how to bring a sense of flair to every moment.
My success is independent
I don’t need to be protected from undesirable events and unpleasant elements in order to effectively achieve my goals.My contrasting experiences constitute the very substance out of which my dreams are made.
By looking at unwanted conditions as the raw materials for my desires, I gain the ability to assimilate them into my creative process in meaningful and enriching ways.
My significance is independent
I don’t need to be void of enemies, critics, and naysayers in order to be validated as a person of great worth.All disapproval and contempt directed at me is only confirmation that I am effectively shaking things up and actively creating change in the world.
By looking at opposition as a sign that I am challenging the status quo, I reinforce my conviction that I really am a part of an ongoing revolution to empower myself and others.
I am Independent
I am not defined by anything outside of my own nature as an expression of The Infinite.
I am not limited by anything other than the beliefs I choose to accept as a free individual.
I am independent because I always get to choose what I believe, what I do, and how I express what I already am.
